Kulwant Singh Dhaliwal, chairman of World Cancer Care Society, is also getting support in this. Trident officer Rupinder Gupta said that the camp will run from 10 am to 4 pm at Arun Memorial Cultural Center, Trident Complex Sanghera. The team of specialist doctors will conduct a variety of free examination in the camp.
These investigations include:
– Sugar and blood pressure check
– Mammography and Pap Smear Test for Women
– PSA check of prostate cancer for men
– Blood cancer check
– Investigation of mouth and throat cancer
– Investigation of bone density
Timely identification and prevention objective of cancer
Apart from this, eye exams will be done in the camp and free glasses will also be given. Gupta said that the main objective of this camp is timely identification and prevention of cancer. He has appealed to the people of the area to take maximum advantage of this camp.
